We at BS Flies and Tackle we strive to produce and deliver the highest quality products available anywhere. We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchases. However, in the event any merchandise reaches you that is not to your satisfaction for any reason, we want you to know we will do whatever we can within the bounds of our policies to ensure your satisfaction. Please read carefully the following information concerning your order.

Submitting an order through our site indicates your agreement with these policies.

General Policy on All Orders

Merchandise will not be shipped until full payment is received.
All prices and charges are in US Dollars.
All merchandise, prices and charges subject to change without prior notification.

We warrant merchandise produced by BS Flies and Tackle to be as described and free of defect within our own quality control guidelines. Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt and the defect will be remedied by repair or replacement. For merchandise resold by BS Flies and Tackle the respective manufacturer’s warranty applies.

BS Flies and Tackle is not responsible for errors concerning merchandise on this site. These errors may take the shape of typos, products accidentally represented by the wrong photo, or any other human error in the production of this site’s pages. BS Flies and Tackle does not engage in any business practice aimed at misleading customers. If you find or suspect any errors, please contact us at E-Mail immediately so that we may fix it promptly.

Merchandise on our site may vary in the following aspects:
The color of items represented on your computer screen are NOT exact colors. (Monitors show colors differently.)
Product photos do not represent the actual size of merchandise items. (Please note approximate size in item description where appicable.)

Availability of some products is estimated based on our current or anticipated product flow. We will make every effort to meet the estimated shipping time we provide you with at time of order. However, items ordered in unanticipated quantities may delay shipment of your order. You will be notified by E-mail if any of your items are out-of-stock and a new estimated delivery schedule will be noted.


Payment Methods:
Credit Card: Paypal. By offering credit card payments through a third party payment service we are able to minimize fees. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards for payment in full for your order.
Cashier or certified check, traveler’s check, or money order: Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.
Personal checks: We gladly accept your personal check and will process your order upon acknowledgment that your check has cleared.

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases delivered to locations within the state of Idaho. For Idaho orders, sales tax will automatically be added to your total amount due.

Canceling an Order:
You may cancel your order prior to our shipping it to you.


Shipping Charges:
In order to fairly ship items to you we have made an effort to repreesent real shipping costs. We accomplish this by charging a handling fee of $4 for most items, plus the additional shipping cost to cover the actual expenses. There are a few items that are small enough not to require the $4 charge. There are also item, such as the large bars, that require additional charges. If at any time the shipping charges do not fairly represent the shipping costs we will refund you a portion of the shipping charges. Your products will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order in most cases. You will receive an email notification when you order is shipped. Ground delivery will be assumed unless you contact us and specify otherwise. This may also require additional charges.

Shipping Methods:
We use the following shipping methods. Fed Ex (Federal Express), Airborne Express, USPS (United States Postal Service). All shipments will be sent via ground service. We will choose the best service provider based on the cost of shipping the ordered items.

International orders:
Orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless prior arrangements are made.
We reserve the right to refuse shipments and reimburse funds to International customers. Shipments to Canada will not be refused. The shipping structure contained in the automatic payment may not cover the actual cost of shipping and we will request additional funds before shipment.

Credit Card orders:
Orders will only be shipped to the billing address on the card. If the billing address is not a carrier-deliverable address, contact BS Flies and Tackle.

After merchandise has been properly delivered, BS Flies and Tackle is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that results from the negligence of the purchaser.


What to do if your order arrives damaged:
If the package your order arrives in appears to be damaged, do not let the delivery personnel leave without opening the package and inspecting the contents. Damage claims should be made with the shipping company. The driver should help you file the claim form.
If the driver has left and you discover damage, save all shipping and packing material and contact the shipping company to file a claim.

RMA Number:
A request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. No replacement, credit, or exchange will be given without an RMA. A request for RMA is NOT a guarantee of immediate approval. If your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Confirmation Number. DO NOT return merchandise without an RMA Confirmation Number. No replacement, credit, or exchange will be given prior to our inspection of returned merchandise.

Defective Merchandise:
We will do our very best to ensure that your order will be of the highest quality, free of defects of any kind. In the event, however, that you do receive defective merchandise from us, no restocking fee or return shipping costs will be billed to you. You must describe in detail on your RMA request form, the nature of the defect. Upon inspection of the returned item, if we agree that the material was defective, it will be repaired or replaced at our option.

All exchanges, except approved returns of defective merchandise, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping charges are your responsibility. If your new order plus fees and shipping, is less than your refund value, you may establish credit with us (in the form of a gift certificate) for future purchases, or, at your request, we will credit your charge card, or will mail you a check for the amount due you. If your new order plus fees exceeds the refund value, we will notify you by E-mail of the balance due. Your new order will be shipped when we have received full payment.

If you require a cash refund rather than an exchange or replacement (after we receive returned merchandise in good condition), this will be handled as follows:
Credit card orders – a credit will be made to your credit card account, or paypal, for the price of the item returned.
Cashier, personal, or certified check, or money order – We will send a check to you for the value of merchandise returned. If the return is due to a mistake of the customer, the cost of shipping and handling will not be refunded.
